Allow me to introduce myself - Hi, I'm Dayna. Originally from the picturesque coastal town of Paraparaumu Beach in New Zealand and currently based in stunning Hawea, I have always led an active lifestyle.

Training has consistently served as an outlet for me, offering a sense of self-achievement and purpose. This journey of being strong, functional, and nourished has not only transformed my physical well-being but has also been profoundly beneficial to my mental health, providing a stable and positive foundation for navigating life's challenges. It is this realisation that inspired the inception of State of Performance.
